Return Policy

All returns are for store credit only and must be:

• Accompanied with a receipt;

• Made within 14 days of purchase;

• Must be in its original condition.

All sales on the following are FINAL:

• Yarn that has been wound.

• All Fiber.

• Books, pattern booklets, or individual patterns.

• Special orders

Interchangeable Needle Purchases  

We recommend you keep your receipt past 14 days for any necessary exchanges with the vendor/manufacturer.

Special orders must be paid for in advance and may not be returned.  If the order is for a yarn or color we don't normally stock, you must purchase the vendor's required minimum amount.
